Challenge
The main challenges were two - first, we had to allow an assessment to leave technical people who are not logged into the system. Another challenge - some of the fields contain sensitive information and shouldn't be accessible to everyone.

As a RECRUITER I want be able to view the feedback for candidates, assigned to my jobs so I can use it an any time
As a RECRUITER I want to be able to easily leave feedback for the candidate so that I and my colleagues can see it at any time
As a RECRUITER I want to be able to share a public link about the feedback form with a technical person, to get his / her assessment
Scenario
Recruiter opens a list of candidates for a position -> Opens the candidate page and goes to the feedback section. It can change the status of the candidate, for example, to 'Resume verified' and write a comment. The comment is automatically saved with a date in the feedback form. Recruiter has a phone conversation with the candidate and leaves feedback again. Recruiter shares the feedback form's link with an interviewer (technical guy) via email. When the form is completed, the information is automatically recorded in the feedback form where the recruiter can review it.
